Translate an internal rules

This is a company rules i have translated and want to share for reference:

COMPANY INTERNAL RULES

OBJECTIVES:

1. These company internal rules are made to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
2. Create a working environment with the spirit of teamwork as well as bringing the high efficiency of productivity.
3. Develop the spirit of individual responsibility and respect its work, the company’s properties, colleagues and managers.
4. Define and establish the disciplinary measures applied to different offences.
5. Disseminate all policies relating to disciplinary measures set by the company as well as the application method of these disciplinary measures.

CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS

I. All employees are to abide by these rules during their services with the company, and these rules are applicable to all employees irrespective of their employment contractual status.
II. These company internal rules are set to build up the production management, the labour management, and the labour disputes. These rules should be disseminated to every employee who is responsible to implement seriously all the articles mentioned in these rules.

III. Working hours

CHAPTER II
GENERAL ORDERS, LABOUR SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF COMPANY”S RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

1. During working hours employees must not leave their workplace without permission of their superior in charge.
2. Employees must properly obey the reasonable guidance, orders, instructions or procedures set by their superior in charge or by authorized personnel.
3. Employees are required to protect and preserve properly the properties of the company, as well as those of their colleagues and persons who deal with the company.
4. Employees are not allowed to use the company telephone for private purpose except in emergency cases.
5. Employees are not allowed to bring their relatives, friends in the company premises without the approval from their superior in charge.
6. Employees are not allowed to work under influence of liquor or drugs or any controlled substances.
7. Smoking is prohibited in all non-smoking areas inside the company. Especially in areas of combustible or flammable storage. Smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside the company.
8. Employee’s attire should be clean, neat; hair must be worn and suitable for conducting business in or out of the company. The sleeve of long-sleeved shirt must be buttoned around the wrist. Shirttails must be tucked in.
9. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the company.
10. Employee must check all the electricity of the company to make sure switch off when off duty.
11. All employees must have the consciousness and responsibility to protect the company properties such as office, warehouse, office equipments, electricity, water…..
12. Employees have to do work productively and efficiently to bring interest to the company and follow the operation process of the company.
13. Each employee must protect/ safeguard samples, business and trade secrets including how of the company. The employee must not cede, sell, lend or rent any of these secrets that are available in any form, nor disclose or reproduce the same in any form to anyone without authorization of the company management. Any inventions, know how and/ or copyright etc. will be assigned to the company.
14. Employees are not allowed to bring out of the company premises or destroy or delete or copy any file in the computer as well as are not allowed to bring out of the company premises or destroyed or delete or copy any document or record or data of the company without the approval of the superior in charge.
15. Prior to leaving work, the employee must make sure that all files have been replaced in their correct place, all safety, cabinets, desks and doors have been secured and locked.
16. Employee must submitting the application for leave or inform 3 days before taking leave.
17. Employees must saving the company electricity or water after using.


CHAPTER III
DISCIPLINARY MEASURES REGULATIONS

1.Taking leaves more than approved leaves without valid reasons.
2. Attempting to obtain leave on false pretences.
3.Late coming 3 times in a month
4. Taking 1 absent day without valid reasons during a month.
5. Leaving the working place, go to the other places for chatting without superior’s approval
6.Reduction working hours without approval and leave the workplaces without notice from superior in charge.
7.Leaving the workplace before the regulated hours
8. sleeping while on duty
9. acting in collusion to breach the company internal rules under any form.
10.Taking or possessing liquor or any form of drugs in the company premises.
11.Threatening, intimidating, coercing to cause physical harm or injuiry to any member of the staff or his/her family.
12.Organizing illegal meeting during working hours or in the company premises without the company approval.
13. Gambling, betting in the company premises.
14.Disputing, scolding, screaming, playing, creating disorder at the workplaces.
15. Having intention to destroy, erase, change, move the contents of the signs placed in the company premises
16.Annoucing wrongly or providing wrong information or wrong declaration during the official investigation allowed by the company.
17. Not reporting the loss of company properties, damage products immediately after the fact happened.
18.Using the company name for private purposes or falsifying the company for the company business operation.
19. Not meeting the quality standards and the quality of assigned jobs.
20.Having impolite manners, abusing colleagues or superior
21. Having the intention not following the superior’s reasonable instructions and refusing to work.
22. Carelessness and having irresponsible attitudes, which create damage to the properties of the company, colleagues and persons who deal with the company.
23. cede, sell, lend, rent or bring out of the company premises the company samples, business document and trade secrets that are available in any form, or disclose or reproduce the same in any form to anyone without authorization of the company management.
24.Bring out the company premises or destroy or delete or copy any file in the computer as well as bring out of the company premises or destroy or delete or copy any document or record or data of the company without the approval of the superior in charge.
25. Participating, abetting, stolen or instigating in an illegal strike.
26. Employee are not allowed to bring any device, appliance that may record images for instance camera, video recorder or phone with camera or video function in manufacturing area or working areas, which are considered as “secrecy” of the company.
27. Employee who intend to cheat, to be dishonest with the superior in charge.
